We are delighted to have you as a customer and want you to have the best shopping experience with us!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 7 days of your delivery date. Items must be returned in an unworn original condition within 14 days of your delivery date.

Sale items, custom or personalized orders are Final Sale and are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

We reserve the right not to accept a return if these conditions are not met.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

PERMANENT JEWELRY POLICY

* A $20 non-refundable deposit is required per person, this will be applied towards your final cost the day of your appointment.

*If you don't show up or cancel withing 48hrs of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

* All sales are final, after we custom fit, cut the chain and place it on you for welding.

* We don't offer replacements on broken or lost pieces.
